You Know What It Is Vol. 3 is a 2005 mixtape by rapper Jayceon Taylor (The Game). It is famous for its nearly-15 minute diss track "300 Bars & Runnin'", which is targeted mainly towards G-Unit members and Roc-A-Fella Records artist Memphis Bleek. It also features disses from various members of Game's recording label, Black Wall Street Records. It is the third of the You Know What It Is trilogy of mixtapes recorded by Game.
