Vincent Pérez (born June 10, 1962) is a Swiss actor from Lausanne, Switzerland. Of Spanish and German descent, he is the second of three children. He is currently married to Karine Silla, and has four children: daughter Iman, twins Pablo & Inès, and a step-daughter, Roxanne, whose father is Vincent's co-star from Cyrano de Bergerac, Gérard Depardieu.

Career

At age eighteen he left Switzerland for France. Before studying acting, he considered a career as an artist. But eventually commenced acting studies in Geneva, followed by the Paris Conservatoire, and completed his training at L'École des Amandiers in Nanterre.

He is apparently slated to take the equivalent role of Vincent D'Onofrio's Detective Robert "Bobby" Goren in a French remake of Law & Order: Criminal Intent on TF1.
