Tracey E. Edmonds (born Tracey McQuarn, February 18, 1967 in Los Angeles, California) is President and CEO of Edmonds Entertainment Group, Inc. and the former wife of Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds.
As President and CEO, Edmonds oversees the Yab Yum Music publishing and record label, as well as Edmonds Management, whose client roster includes Kirk Franklin, actress Loretta Devine and actor Mekhi Phifer. She also runs Edmonds Production Company with her former husband; productions include Soul Food and Josie and the Pussycats.

Edmonds and Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds married on September 5, 1992. In January 2005, Edmonds filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. They had announced in October 2005 that they were ending their marriage with a "permanent separation" and said they had been separated for some time. "We remain best friends," their statement said at that time. They have two sons, Brandon and Dylan Michael, who were 9 and 4 1/2, respectively, at the time of the divorce.
She is currently dating actor and comedian,
Eddie Murphy with whom she attended the 2007 Academy Awards.
