Rehabilitation may refer to:

• Rehabilitation (Soviet), a "false friend" often used to translate the Russian word "reabilitatsiya" as applied, eg, to victims of Soviet repressions. The actual meaning is "exoneration" or "exculpation".
• Wildlife rehabilitation, treatment of injured wildlife with the purpose of preparing it to return to the wild.
