Little Giants is a 1994 family comedy movie, which starred Rick Moranis and Ed O'Neill as brothers in a small Ohio town, coaching rival Pee-Wee Football teams. SynopsisSpoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
Danny O'Shea (Rick Moranis) has always lived in the shadow of his older brother, Kevin (Ed O'Neill), the famous College star. After retiring, Kevin moves back to Urbania, Ohio (their home town) and coaches the local pee-wee football team. Danny's daughter, Becky, played by Shawna Waldron, is cut from Kevin's team (because she's a girl), despite her being the best player. She convinces her dad to coach a pee-wee team comprised of misfits, named "The Giants", and beat Kevin's team (The Cowboys).
Kevin pleads with Danny to let him keep the dealership, and Danny tells him he would never throw his brother on the street. The story ends with Danny and Kevin looking up at a water-tower that formerly said "Urbania, Home of Kevin O'Shea" now reading "Urbania, Home of the O'Shea Brothers." Spoilers end here.
