Keith learns that the coach's wife, Kathleen Barry, hired Vinnie Van Lowe to find out if her husband was having an affair. Meanwhile, Logan joins Mac and Parker on a Valentine's Day scavenger hunt. Later on, Veronica notices Logan and Parker having a nice lunch together.
Sheriff Mars interrogates Mindy O'Dell, who reveals that the third man in her hotel room the night of the Dean O'Dell's murder was in fact Dean O'Dell himself. Veronica and Tim Foyle head out in an investigation to prove Professor Hank Landry is innocent, but the tables are turned on Veronica when she learns the true identity of the murderer.
