"I Wanna Be with You" was the first single from the second album of pop singer Mandy Moore.

The single was released in early 2000, and became Moore's greatest chart gainer reaching all the way into the top 25. The vocals were very soft as almost all Moore's songs are. She however belts the final chorus, and in almost a begging manner sings,"I Wanna be with you, there's nothing more to say, there's nothing else i want more than to feel this way.".

The song's video was directed by Nigel Dick. It gained a lot of airplay on MTV and the song was also on the Center Stage soundtrack. The video shows a 16 year old Mandy in a Dance studio singing to her love interest.

Although subsequent songs were released, "I Wanna Be with You" has been the last song by Mandy Moore to chart on the Billboard Hot 100.
