For its second season it was moved to Tuesday nights at after the
Will Smith autobiographical series

The series was moved again for it's third season to Thursdays. On the draft, it kept its 8:30 PM, EST/PST time slot and was slated to follow the highly anticipated

Eve was also not even considered for the CW line up as it had already been canceled along with All of Us. [1]
On April 10, 2006 UPN announced that Eve would not be moving to The CW (upon UPN's merger with the The WB).

Critical Review
- In its new season overview, under the "What's Bad" category, TV Guide said, "The acting, the scripts, the timing, the plot and the characters." It went on to comment that Eve's "stunning looks almost make up for everything that's wrong with the show." Its "Bottom Line" was that the show was "[a] confused, and confusing show on the eve of destruction."
