Biography
Bobby Creekwater was noticed by Shady Records when some label executives heard him rapping on Aasim's demo CD. Shady Records president Emimem was more interested in Creekwater than Aasim and signed him in Summer 2005, making him the second southern rapper signed to Shady Records, Stat Quo being the first.[1]
In Fall 2005, Creek released his mix-tape
Anthem to the Streets Vol. 1. The mix-tape showed him straying from the normal stylings that are common on today's mix-tape scene and instead had many songs from the demo that got him his record deal earlier in the year.
On December 5th, 2006, Eminem released Eminem Presents: The Re-Up, a mix-tape turned album created to give Shady Records two newest members, Creek and Ca$his some air time. Creek is heard on many of the album's tracks including a remix of Eminem and Nate Dogg's single Shake That.
Creek is now hard at work on his debut album, A Brilliant Mistake. The album will be Executive Produced by Eminem, and will have production from Bobby Creek and his team Triangle Offense.
