Our grandson came over to our bungalow and showed us how to do shopping on the internet. We ordered a few old Fred Astaire & Ginger Rogers talky's and this `Another Gay Movie'. We were very disappointed to find this film was homosexual in content. Why do the homosexuals have to steal our word, it was such a lovely word. The things these young men did to each other were disgraceful and certainly not `gay'. There is nothing `gay' about seeing one chap lick another chaps privates. That's why I have given this film 5, I would have given it 10 if I could! It's about as far from a number 1 film that I can think of.

Such a funny movie. Highly recommended. Not just a gay movie, but equally enjoyable for anyone with an open mind. Brings back the angst of adolescence and the difficulties of first sexual encounters. The 4 characters do seem to live in a very perfect world though - everyone at school is accepting of their sexuality, their parents fully accept them too and they all live in big houses with swimming pools. Of course there's a happy ending too, but that's what you want in a feel-good rom com like this. Overall I'd say it's a great one for the DVD collection.

Graham Norton is in this movie (yes that Graham norton) Mathew (all muscled ) Rush this film is a tongue in cheek (please make your own jokes up ) it is a very funny and enjoyable movie based on american pie movie but without the stiffy (no you mean the stiffler you muppet ....ed) and what they get up to

There is no pretence that this film isn't a rip off of American Pie and yet that doesn't matter. Its fun and on a Sunday afternoon with the hangover from hell, that is all you need.
I made the mistake of seeing the sequel first - how arse about face was that? - and did actually prefer it, although it meant I knew the, pardon the expression, climax to this movie before it occurred. However, they are both pretty good stand alone films and well worth a viewing if you want a good old fashioned belly laugh.
Graham Norton is superb in his role as the exchange teacher, proving once again he can actually act. Thanks to him I have now enlarged my vocabulary and know never to accept an offer of a Belgium Chocolate!
All in all, a good natured romp. Never gonna win an award but who gives one?

Some bit's you can laugh at and other's you don't laugh at... But I enjoyed it, it's very Camp!!! Great Cast, It's Mixed with Gay Men & Also Lesbian's. Queer As Folk is a 18 Certificate (and the Sex scenes were not as real looking as "this film" Another Gay Movie!!! The Sex is very Real Looking... Shows almost everything. If you are against this sort of stuff, then I wouldn't even watch it. But if your Gay you will love it... But it depends all people are different, Do what I did, Take a Chance and watch it, then have your Opinion :)
Can't wait to see "The 2nd one"
