2. Heads [VHS]
starring: Jon Cryer, Nancy Drake, Edward Asner, Charlene Fernetz, Doreen Brownstone
directed by: Paul Shapiro

Customer Review:
A very funny, dark-around-the edges comedy. Cryer and Tilly are quirky and perfect. Heads is a murder mystery that takes place in a small prairie town where color and shape provide supporting props for the ... Read More

4. The X-Files: Darkness Falls/The Erlenmeyer Flask [VHS]
directed by: Richard Compton, James A. Contner, Allen Coulter, Tucker Gates, Ralph Hemecker

Customer Review:
The first episode, "Darkness Falls" opens with a group of loggers at a remote camp making the decision to abandon the camp and flee on foot for their lives. None of them makes it, so Scully and Mulder travel to that very ... Read More

6. Dead Husbands [VHS]
starring: Nicollette Sheridan, John Ritter, Sonja Smits, Donna Pescow, Amy Yasbeck
directed by: Paul Shapiro

Customer Review:
Best things about this movie? Hands down, John Ritter, who has always been underrated as a comedian and actor, and his wife Amy Yasbeck, who plays his agent. You can see the chemistry between them here, and they play off each other very well for that ... Read More

7. The X-Files: Beyond the Sea/E.B.E. [VHS]
directed by: Richard Compton, James A. Contner, Allen Coulter, Tucker Gates, Ralph Hemecker

The first episode on this tape is masterfully done. Scully's father dies unexpectedly of a massive coronary and she begins to see his image suddenly appearing. Two college students are kidnapped and a brutal serial killer named Luther Boggs that is on death ... Read More

8. The X-Files: Pilot/Deep Throat [VHS]
directed by: Richard Compton, James A. Contner, Allen Coulter, Tucker Gates, Ralph Hemecker

Customer Review:
"Pilot" is the first episode of the X-files series and it introduces the straight-laced and by the book Dana Scully to fellow FBI agent Fox Mulder. Scully is a graduate of medical school and that science background keeps her focused on facts and what logical conclusions ... Read More

9. X-Files: Clyde Bruckman & War of Coprophages [VHS]
directed by: Richard Compton, James A. Contner, Allen Coulter, Tucker Gates, Ralph Hemecker

Customer Review:
Veteran character actor Peter Boyle is brilliantly memorable in "Buckman" while the second episode features a cleverly filmed roach that is quite believable and misleading to the viewer.

These are two of the best from one of television's most haunting and original series.

10. The X-Files - Leonard Betts/Memento Mori [VHS]
directed by: Richard Compton, James A. Contner, Allen Coulter, Tucker Gates, Ralph Hemecker

Customer Review:
I loved Leonard Betts--classic X-File. I gave it five stars. Betts is a person who gets out of many situations by losing an appendage and later growing it back; for example, he pulls off his thumb to escape a pair of handcuffs. And at the beginning, is decapitated by an accident, but walks ... Read More
