We got this for our daughter's third birthday and I'd say it is ok. She enjoyed it a lot at first, but seems to have gotten somewhat bored by it. The games are fun and the graphics and sounds are cute (and I like that it has a volume control), but the screen can be very dark and hard to see in some light. Overall, it's not bad, but could be better.

This is a great educational game shh don't tell the kids its educational. My son begs to play it everyday. I give him half hour at a time and when time is up it is hard to pry him off!!!! What he doesn't realize is he is learning letter sounds, sight words, and reading. Don't tell him!!!! Best of all there is no fight to get him to study because to him its a fum game!

I bought this for my 1rst grade son, and he had a lot of fun with the quizzes. However, you can pass the quizzes by just guessing randomly. And there are only 4 books to read. The only thing that seems educational is the phonics game, and he's not interested in that. He finished everything in one day and doesn't seem to have learned anything.
