Captain America Shield Wooden

The picture makes this look like it is shiny and rounded, but it is a flat piece of wood and the paint is mostly flat and not shiny. It was also badly scratched when received, even though the package was not damaged. The edge of the shield is white, but there was red paint running down the sides. Not at all what I espected.
