Rating:  - Solid visualization toolI resist paying for products that claim to help me accumulate wealth. I know how the author is making his/her money (selling me such products), but.... I have Kathy's body and relationship CDs though, and found them to be great examples of visualization techniques. After doing a centering exercise she leads you into the experience of actually feeling what you what to manifest/being in the moment of having it already. Her Abundance CD was a similar style and focuses on more than money accumlation, making it better than I'd hoped. Rating:  - All I can say is BeautifulI just wanted to put up here that this cd meditation is really a beautiful thing. It helped me find in my life what I couldn't before. I hope some of you try it too, and you'll see that fulfillment isn't so hard to find. I ended up buying 5 more cd's, some for me and some for friends, and I think K. Freston has really got a gift to give. Rating: - I think you can open the door if you really want to. I did.This is the last of the 3 cd's I have by K Freston, and I think the most interesting. It's all about creating abundance in your life, not just wealth but any kind, and it really opens up a lot of doors. Or more truthfully, shows you how to open them for yourself. I've always had a hard time actually accepting living well with a clear conscience, and this guided meditation showed me why I felt that way and how to open that block up. It doesn't give 'answers' per se, but brings you to your own. Things Have gotten better for me, steadily, since I began this, and I think a lot of it has to do with my new ways of thinking. I'd definately recommend this cd, along with the Daly Dose, and the Relationship cd. I couldn't be more pleased. S.J. 1 2
