Langer Biomechanics PPT Molded Standard Comfort Insoles Women 7-8 Standard : Prefabricated Orthotic designed for casual and athletic footwear while providing superior shock absorption. Ultralux super-wicking top cover helps keep skin cool, dry and comfortable. 1/16" Plastazote full length base. 1/8" Ultralux full length top cover. Moderate-high shock absorption. Heat moldable at 180 - 200 F. Sold in pairs.
These insoles were recommended by my orthopedist. I have worn them for years. Stopped wearing them and could see the difference they made. If you have bad knees, plantar fasct. or need more cushion, this is the insole for you. They will take up room in your shoe so you may need to size up your shoe size.
