I have always felt Seychelles makes comfortable shoes. I ordered these in the grey and black. The grey seems to have some distressing - not exactly sure what to call it. The color may bother some people though. The black is definitely solid black. The leather is very supple and soft. The shoes run true to size or maybe get a 1/2 size larger if you want to wear thicker socks. These are great to wear with jeans tucked in or dresses. I suppose you could wear jeans over them as well but I haven't tried (worried there would be lumps). Overall, excellent choice for a flat boot.

Rating: - Fave walking boot
Very comfortable and stylish...especially for New York City walking in the winter. I recommend weatherizing them, as snow/salt may wear the color down more quickly than usual.
